To install a patch, you must first install the full download (make sure you have the latest version of the full download). Get the full download instead if you are on a version earlier than 4.8. Patch (For updating from previous version - compatible with 4.8+.
Light version is recommended if you want to have the latest sprites without needing to manually install a spritepack. Both are fully playable without any other downloads needed. The difference between the standard and light version is that the standard version comes with preloaded sprites (easier if you want to edit sprites for example), while the light version will download the sprites as they're needed.
